A condensing boiler is a much more energy efficient appliance compared to a non condensing boiler.
It has been a legal requirement since 1st of April 2007, that all gas boilers installed in England and Wales
must be condensing boilers.
Typically a good condensing boiler fitted on the correct type of heating system could achieve energy efficiency of
over 90%.
Upgrading to condensing boiler can save a great amount on your heating bills and reduce C02 emissions.

A combination boiler delivers both heating and hot water, meaning no tanks are needed to feed the heating or hot water.
Combi boiler can be a great option for space saving, all though it is not recommended for a property with more than one bathroom.
Some combination boilers require a certain amount of flow rate to operate correctly and sufficiently so testing of the incoming main
flow rate is highly recommended.

A conventional boiler also know as a heat only boiler is the most traditional form of heating.
This type of system requires both hot and cold water storage tanks, meaning more room would be required for this type of system.
A conventional system can be adapted with solar water heating.
we highly recommend a immersion heater be fitted on the hot water tank where possible,
it can be a temporary back up if the boiler has stopped working.
This type of system is ideal for a property with more than than one bathroom.
